50% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder: Our 50% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder is raised free-range and fed with grass and acorns from the pastures, cured for a minimum of 30 months. During this process, we personally inspect each of our hams, which await in our natural cellar the perfect moment to be sent home.
Characteristics: thin and stylized leg, dark color although with slightly more grain in the cut, strong flavor with a milder intensity.
