Selected ham: Our Selected ham is a unique piece from high-quality pigs raised in pastures, fed with grass and acorns, slaughtered outside the timeframes required by Iberian regulations; this is why it doesn't carry the corresponding seal. This ham remains in our cellars for the necessary time until it is properly cured for sale.
Characteristics: thin and stylized leg, with a pinker color in the cut and marbling, with a sweet and intense flavor.
