100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder: Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder is raised free-range, fed with grass and acorns from the pastures, and cured for a minimum of 30 months. During this time, the ham undergoes several processes that we personally monitor daily in our cellars to ensure the highest quality.

Characteristics: fine and stylized leg, dark color in the cut and little marbling due to its 100% breed, strong and intense flavor.
