Selection of ham: Our selection of ham is a unique piece from high-quality pigs raised in pastures, fed with grass and acorns, slaughtered outside the timeframes required by Iberian regulations; this is why it doesn't have the corresponding enclosure. This ham is kept in our cellars for the necessary time until it is properly cured for sale.
Characteristics: thin and stylized leg, with a pinker color in the cut and marbling, with a sweet and intense flavor.
